What we do
From one to several thousand flights, we build and run the airfield for the UK’s major fixtures. Landing grids are set out and marshalled, arrivals and departures are slotted against your event timetable, and passengers move through a covered terminal with our own check-in and departure calling. Volumes at the peak of a race day are heavy and unforgiving; bespoke technology and experienced controllers keep every movement safe and to time. Not every fixture needs a full airport. For smaller events we provide airfield management for the day, or oversight across the year.

Multi-channel ATC, continuous ATIS broadcast and drone detection, paired with comprehensive aerodrome fire and rescue cover. Qualified controllers work the airspace for the days that matter, with night lighting and approach guidance where the schedule runs past dusk. Crewed fire appliances stand by to an event-rated response time. Every landing meets, and often exceeds, CAA standards.

Site survey, landowner liaison and approach assessment for sites with no permanent pad. Remote fuelling, night lighting, fire cover and ground crew are delivered to a location of your choosing: private estates, hotels, film units, corporate days and sporting fixtures. Cleared and marshalled day or night, at short notice where required.

Fire and rescue equipment, mobile air traffic control facilities, approach and pad lighting, windsocks and ground power, hired in for the dates you need them. Take the equipment alone if you have your own team, or with our crew to operate it.

We survey the ground, assess approach and departure paths against obstacles, terrain and prevailing wind, and set out where aircraft can safely arrive and leave. From that we advise on what the day actually needs, a single marked pad, a full licensed airfield, or anything in between, and handle landowner liaison, noise and neighbour management throughout. Where a site needs something permanent, we design and install it.
